What do you offer to your guests that sets you apart from your competitors?

What amenities does your property have that make you unique? 

While there are many, the 4 that stand out most to our guests are: (1) EPIC’s 16th floor rooftop pool deck with private cabanas and sweeping views of the Miami skyline, Miami River and Biscayne Bay. For those looking to live large in the lap of luxury, (2) EPIC’s Private Club Level on the 29th and 30th floors offer guests privacy while enjoying panoramic views of downtown Miami. Club Level guests also receive their own key access to EPIC’s private lounge. (3) Guests love our rooms with private balconies that feature views from sunrise to sunset and (4) our private marina and front drive. There is nothing that says “I have arrived to a special place” more than pulling up to a hotel drive filled with Mega Yachts and lux automobiles.  A signature amenity of Klimpton Hotels, EPIC hosts an evening wine hour where we invite our guests to relax after a full day of work or travel or at the beginning of an evening of dining and entertainment.

Do you have a prized restaurant, bar, spa or nightclub that keeps guests coming back?

We have two; Area 31 has been recognized as one of the leading restaurants in the city. Located on the 16th floor of the hotel, guests and locals can’t seem to get enough of this indoor / outdoor dining and lounge experience, offering premium seafood with a Mediterranean influence created by award winning Executive Chef E. Michael Reidt. With an atmosphere as fresh as its cuisine, fav’s are Smoked Shrimp Guacamole and Sous Vide Duck Breast. Then there is Zuma, award winning global cuisine with Japanese influences. EPIC is proud to offer the only Zuma in North America

How do you cater to not just guests but keep your property hot and relevant on the local scene?

Relevance and guest service is what keeps our team up at night. We are constantly seeking new and innovative ways to surprise and delight our guests while at the same time engaging fresh partners to collaborate. To be at the epicenter of some of the best local attractions, boutiques, restaurants and entertainment is not an attribute we take lightly, as our guests look to us to provide them with ridiculously personal and memorable experiences. We stay attuned to the changing needs of our guests and destination with personalized service delivered on a daily basis and through innovative guest programs and partnerships that bring new experiences to the hotel. Some of these experiences include Kimpton’s ‘Live Like a Local’ concierge program and events that bring in the talents of celebrity DJs, designers and more.

Which room in the hotel is considered the best, and why?

Of course you would expect us to say either of our two Presidential suites on the 30th floor and for those who want it all they are super great. They feature multiple televisions, a great sound system, a dining room table, Club level access featuring Les Clefs d’Or concierge service, complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, 5 daily customized gourmet presentations prepared by Area 31, and plenty of room to stretch out. These factors draw many A-list celebrities time and again.
