If you’re a fan of herbs, organic veggies or edible flowers, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts have dedicated outdoor spaces in locations around the world from which to source their fresh ingredients. Who doesn’t love crisp, delicious leafy greens or a cocktail garnished with edible blossoms?
For more than 20 years, well-known chefs have incorporated their own garden fresh produce into the delicious cuisine of Fairmont Hotel restaurants. Now, Fairmont boasts 28 gardens sans pesticides and herbicides in places like Eastern Canada, Washington D.C., Mexico, Africa and Bermuda. In areas where Fairmont Hotels may not have space for a personal garden, they aren’t afraid to partner with sharing farms for herbs and veggies.
