Luxury hotels are known for their culinary innovations, and the Four Seasons Hotel is no exception, introducing the company’s very first luxury food truck for sophisticated (and varied) palates.
The truck started its journey in Palo Alto, CA and will hit other Four Seasons destinations like Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills and Westlake Village. After covering these FS CA locations, it will set out for Arizona and New Mexico.
One of the coolest things about this truck is that the menu is always a collaboration with companies local to the area (as an example, it hits Santa Barbara for Oktoberfest, so it will partner with the Telegraph Brewing Company and serve German fare).
Guy Rigby of FS’s Food and Beverage team tells Forbes, “We want to keep our chefs engaged in something that is very relevant and the food truck movement fits the bill.”
