It’s not just Hollywood getting ready for the Academy Awards taking place this Sunday. The Oscars, which take place February 24, are being celebrated at luxury hotels around the world.
The new W Hotel in London’s Leicester Square devoted 900 square feet on their ground-floor for a unique amenity: a screening room. And it’s not just a plain old screening room; the 39-seat media room also offers a private dining menu designed by Wolfgang Puck.
Many hotels have started building an in-house theater room for their guests and offering the screening room for events open to hotel guests and the general public. Some top options include: Carlisle Bay, Antigua; TriBeCa Grand Hotel, New York; The Public, Chicago; and The Soho Hotel, London.
