Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas Launches Spring Menu by Pierre Gagnaire

The Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas is switching their menu up for spring with the help of world-renowned chef, Pierre Gagnaire. Between March 27th and April 3rd,  Gagnaire will collaborate with Twist Chef Ryuki Kawasaki to produce a fresh, original menu that celebrates the season.

The new menu will feature Langoustine, Foi Gras, Loup de Mer, Lapin, and many other dishes that draw traits from classic French cuisine. The restaurant was recently honored for the second year in a row with the Forbes Five Star award, and the 23rd floor views and elegant ambiance draw visitors from all over the country.
