Rosewood Hotels has announced plans to expand into Asian markets with a development in Beijing, China.
The hotel will be designed with an eye for the beauty of the outdoors as a contrast to the bustling city. It will include terraces and garden spaces to accent the 279 planned guest rooms. The rooms will feel more like apartments than traditional hotel rooms, adding to the hotel’s luxury feel.
Plans for the hotel also include seven restaurants and lounges including one that serves traditional Chinese cuisine.
For the active guest, the hotel will include a spa, indoor swimming pool, gym and yoga facilities.
Rosewood Beijing is planned to be the first of ten properties the chain plans to add in Asia over the next decade.
