What do you see as your property’s greatest success in 2012?
In 2012 our property unveiled over $21 million in renovations including all-new guestrooms, restaurants and meeting space to rave reviews.


What do you see as some of the biggest opportunities in the coming year ahead?
We are continuing to improve key areas of the resort, such as our Lakeside cottages which were not included in the $20 million renovation, but will be part of its own 2013 renovation which is currently underway.

What changing market aspects will have the greatest impact on the way you conduct business in 2013?
The biggest market aspect will be relaying the message to our customers that we are well ahead of snowfall and are tracking to have a great winter season. The 2011/2012 ski season was an anomaly and we want our guests to come and ski an amazing destination this winter.
What is it about your property that sets you apart from the rest?
We are the only resort in Lake Tahoe on the lake.


What are the most important questions a client should ask themselves before selecting an property in your market?
The clients should do their homework and look for a resort offering the kinds of activities which appeal to them. Each of the resorts in the Lake Tahoe basin offer different experiences and guests should look for the activities which appeal to them as well as location.
