Gianni Versace’s Ocean Drive mansion in Miami has reopened as a boutique hotel. The five star hotel, called Villa by Barton G., is the site of the Italian designer’s death.

The hotel will open to full capacity by the end of March. The boutique property includes 10 suites along with a special Versace touch. The Italian fashion icon designed a 54-foot thousand mosaic swimming pool laced in 24-carat gold that guests can now enjoy.

Rooms in the luxury hotel are filled with frescoed ceilings and plenty of mosaics. Guests can stay in suites as small as the Medallion Suite, with 434 square feet of space to as large as the Venus Suite with 1,428 square feet of room.

Fans of the designer can even sleep in his former bedroom. The Villa Suite, measuring 1,174 square feet, includes two balconies, seven closets, a grand oversized shower and a nine-foot double king-size bed. Suites begin at $795 per night. To stay in Versace’s own room, guests will pay beginning at $2,200 per night.
